This website is a purely static site with no server-side logic of its own. No cookies are set and no analytics or tracking services are used. Only the technically necessary processing by the web host takes place (e.g. standard access logs).
All notes, photos and background images drawn in the ZACKIR app are stored exclusively locally on the user's device. There is no cloud sync and no server that this content is automatically transmitted to.
For instant transcription while dictating, the app uses the speech recognition built into the operating system. Depending on the language and device, this recognition does not run entirely on the device but via the respective provider's servers:
• Android: Google (Android SpeechRecognizer)
• iOS: Apple (Speech Framework)
These providers process the spoken audio as data processors. The recognized text is then stored only locally in the respective note.
When using "Share", your image is passed on to the app you select (e.g. WhatsApp, email). That app's own privacy policy applies to any further processing.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data. Since all app content stays only on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time. For requests, contact the address given in the Legal Notice.
